Welcome to the Indian River Symphonic Association

The Indian River Symphonic Association welcomes you to its 21st year and is pleased to present the Concert Series for 2013-2014, which brings "Beautiful Music from the World's Finest Orchestras" to our community.

Many of you have told us that the 2012-2013 season was the best in recent years. There were too many highlights to cover here, but those who attended the performances of the China National Symphony Orchestra, the Naples Philharmonic, the Russian National Orchestra and the Academy of St. Martin in the Fields were enthralled with the quality and pure excitement of these events. Together with the Brevard Symphony Orchestra, all were vivid proof that nothing matches live performances by outstanding orchestras.

Our next Concert Series promises to be a worthy successor. Highlights will include wonderful programs from the famed Buffalo and Detroit Orchestras; an all Beethoven program by the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, featuring Nobuyuki Tsujii, winner of the Gold Medal at the Tchaikovsky International Piano Competition; a first visit by the acclaimed Haifa Symphony Orchestra of Israel; and three outstanding performances by the Brevard Symphony Orchestra, including their always popular Pops program.

Please join us for an evening of beautiful music from the world's finest orchestras.

John Crosby, President
